About Gomer

My name is Gomer Hinkle and I live about three miles north of Fiske Park on the eastern edge of Doyle Bluffs. I'm still farming the Hinkle Family Pig Farm as my clan has done for almost 150 years. Despite what Ira may say, I am 49 years old. The last remaining copy of my birth certificate burned in that little fire in the Doyle courthouse so my birth date is what I say it is.

I've never been married, but I consider myself a man of the world. Any offer of marriage send via email should be accompanied by a picture. It takes some time to get the dirt out of my nails, but I try to stay well groomed. My hobbies are movies, golf, ballroom dancing, bird calling, and fishing.

Gomer's Favorite Movies

Unlike some people (Ira!), I don't have a particular type of movie that I prefer. A steady diet of action movies can make you dull (Ira!). I like a good drama as long as everyone doesn't die by the end. The right kind of romantic comedy works wonders in making the ladies get snuggly so I like those too. I've even been known to enjoy a good art film, but it's got to be pretty good.
